The focus on Skye and its mountains leans towards the more technical climbing and scrambling on offer and it shouldn’t be forgotten that there is a huge amount of other hills and dramatic landscapes across the Isle of Skye. The Old Man of Stoer, Quirang and other tops across the Trotternish Peninsula give a wide variety of walks and easier scrambles.

The coastal walks out to the dramatic Camusnasury bothy and shores of Loch Courisk deliver spectacular views and scenery without the need for technical climbing.
Technical climbing limits our ratios of client to guide but with the nature of these walks and tours we are able to offer a much larger group. Whether you are on Skye for a longer or shorter period we are able to guide you and your party to some of the hidden gems across the island.

Please get in touch to find out more, with our intimate knowledge of the island combined with your abilities and aspirations we are able to create a tailor-made guided experience for you.

We provide all the mountain safety equipment such as first aid kit, group shelter and we issue each participant an orange survival bag where required. We don’t provide maps but carry one ourselves and can advise which sheet and scale would be best for the course that you are on. We have a full kit list on the site and are happy to help answer any questions you may have.
